We do not currently ship to Belgium, Latvia, Norway, Mexico, South Africa, and Morocco, which restrict high-caffeine substances.
Shipping & Returns
Get to know your orders process
We offer multiple shipping options to worldwide locations. Shipping rates per region are as follows:
If ordered before 14:30 am (GMT) we ship the same day. If ordered after 14:30 am (GMT) we ship the following working day.
For next day delivery, you must order before 3pm Mon-Fri. On weekends, the order will arrived the next working day.
We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays so any orders will be shipped on the following working day.
During promotional sales, new product releases, and peak holidays, there is a likely chance that it could take more than 10 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) for your order to be received domestically. (United Kingdom).
Any border or import taxes are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for any customs charges or any customs restrictions once the goods reach your country.
Due to Covid-19 delays and restrictions on the international post, your parcel may be delayed. This is out of our hands and can only respect the postal system times while we all go through this global pandemic
returns & exchange policy
Due to our products being a food supplement of a powder form, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under certain conditions.
Returns are as follows:
Item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition (Tubs, Sticker Packs, etc. must be sealed and apparel/merch must be unused);
Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging and with any accessories and paperwork;
Item(s) must be returned using an insured and traceable shipping method; (i.e., Royal Mail first class tracking).
You are required to contact us to process a return so we can provide the returns address depending on the country.
The product(s) must have been purchased directly from AdrenalizeEnergy.com
Returns must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of receipt (i.e., if the receipt has a date of January 1, 2020, the return must be postmarked by January 31, 2020).
All shipping, handling, and processing costs will not be refunded.
A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
If you haven’t received a refund by the specified time, first check your bank account for incoming clearing payments. If no refund is received, please contact Customerservices@adrenalizeenergy.com
lost or stolen packages/orders
Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch.
Adrenalize Energy is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms the delivery of the package. We can send proof of postage so you can make a claim to the value of the order. This is not guaranteed to be refunded.
We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has been dispatched.
If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your local post office for assistance.
We can only see what the tracking page says and your local post office can give you any additional information.
